FOUNDER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Erica leads Z Creative + Design Co., a minority + women owned Seattle based boutique agency. Blending her background in Fine Arts from Washington State University with her culinary education from South Seattle College, to support local small businesses in their growth and branding efforts. With 15+ years of experience in the hospitality world, she has honed her skills as a Marketing Director, emerging food stylist, event coordinator, and operational leader, making her agency a go-to for lifestyle, social media, branding, and event planning solutions in Seattle.

Balancing her professional life with being a new mother, Erica is deeply rooted in the West Seattle community. She has a vast love for travel and all things culinary, enabling her to offer fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to her clients. Erica's work ethic is centered around collaboration, inclusivity, offering detail-oriented hands-on service, and building quality lasting relationships, aiming to create positive impacts through her contributions to the community and the businesses she partners with.
SARA LEVIN
EVENT COORDINATOR
With more than 25 years of experience, Sara has crafted unforgettable, one-of-a-kind events, seamlessly blending design and logistics with creativity. Studying Interior Architecture & Design at Bellevue College and drawing from her travels, she strives to transform spaces into captivating experiences.

Whether managing large-scale corporate events or intimate private gatherings, Sara's warm, client-focused approach and expert handling of every detail set her apart. She builds strong vendor partnerships and maintains open communication to guarantee smooth operations, all while curating unforgettable impressions for guests.
Raised in Seattle, Sara has long standing relationships throughout the greater Seattle area and beyond. She currently resides in White Center with her family and 3 dogs.
VIVIAN HSU NELSON
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Vivian studied Commercial Photography at the Art Institute of Seattle before establishing her freelance photography business, attracting clients like Nordstrom, Dell Technologies, and Neiman Marcus. Her photography has garnered publication in notable media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and more. She draws creative inspiration from a wide range of artistic disciplines, encompassing film, sculpture, dance, and immersive experiences.
Peyton Perdue
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Peyton is a third-year visual journalism and religion & culture studies student at Western Washington University. Her focus is rooted in uplifting community -focused stories and underrepresented voices. She enjoys covering a variety of issues and events to produce both written and visual coverage while using diverse mediums and storytelling techniques. Outside of journalism, she has done commercial photography work, portraits, and fine-art photography.
Peyton has worked for a variety of WWU’s student publications including reporting on campus news for the Western Front and photographing for The Planet- WWU’s environmental journalism publication. She has also worked to produce articles and photo essays for The Salish Current, a community newspaper covering Whatcom, Skagit, and San Juan counties.
In addition to photography, Peyton has also spent time producing documentary-style videos, crafting magazine spreads, producing audio coverage, and more digital mediums. She is passionate about providing inclusive and ethical coverage, pushing the boundaries of mediums, and creating lasting and meaningful stories.
